Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious rooms but lacked a basic bath tub, and the view was missing. The room size was good, although it was not as described with a balcony. The service was untrained and unaware of amenities, keeping guests confined to their rooms; however, some services were available at the horse stable reception. The location was nice but did not offer all desired aspects, and the dining experience lacked variety and proper service. The pricing was high, especially at Namak restaurant. However, the hotel's proximity to Mumbai was convenient.
I was upgraded to the Aussie Villa, which offered a balcony with an amazing view. The room was bigger than expected from the pictures, located within 1 hour from the main door.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was nice, surrounded by nature, which was captivating. However, the presence of mosquitoes and insects dampened my enjoyment. The room was a bit of a letdown with messy conditions, non-functional AC and TV, but having facilities like the swimming pool and children's play area nearby added to the overall experience.
The hotel offers a serene location with a lakeside cottage and modern kabanas. The room had cobwebs initially but was fixed promptly. The service was warm and courteous, although slow at times. The great climate and secluded ambiance add to the charm, despite maintenance issues. Dining from the room was a convenient option, with separate pricing for Lavassa coffee for breakfast. The facilities are favorably modern, but the insufficient maintenance is evident.
